Developed by Sam Savage, the open SIPmath 3.0 Standard connects Tom Keelin’s Metalog Distribution with Doug Hubbard’s HDR Random Number Generator through a data structure called the Copula Layer, to enable coherent, auditable modeling of nearly any set of uncertainties.
