Excel Tools

Our Excel add-ins described below can get you into the Chance Age fast. The models they create run in native Excel without macros or add-ins and may be shared with any Excel user.

ChanceCalc+™ Chance Calculator

ChanceCalc+ is an Excel add-in that reads Stochastic (SIP) Libraries in the cloud or on your desktop, then calculates the chance of achieving your targets with a single command. It also includes the SIPmath Monte Carlo simulation module for generating random variates of many kinds, including Metalogs. It can perform thousands of simulation trials per keystroke without macros or add-ins by means of the built-in Excel Data Table function.

XLTree® Decision Tree

XLTree is a Decision Tree add-in for Excel 2016 or higher. It creates interactive Decision Trees in Excel, which may contain State Variables, may be “flipped” for Value of Information calculations, and may be used to create presentation quality graphical representations of trees.
